Dispatch Policy

  1. As our products are handcrafted, we may begin making your order after it’s placed.
  2. Orders are generally dispatched within 48–72 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
  3. You will receive an SMS and email confirmation once your order is shipped.


Delivery Policy

  1. We aim to deliver all orders within 7–10 business days.

Order Cancellation Policy

  1. Since our products are made-to-order and handcrafted, cancellations are allowed only in the following cases:
