Shipping Terms & Conditions

We offer FREE shipping across India on all pre-paid orders above ₹2,000.

Note: We do not accept Cash-on-Delivery (COD). Shipping charges (if any) shown at checkout are final.

Order Processing

  1. Orders are processed within 48 to 72 business hours of receiving them.
  2. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Timelines

  1. Estimated delivery time is 5–7 business days from the date of order confirmation.
  2. High order volumes may cause slight delays. If a significant delay occurs, we will notify you via email or phone.

Delivery Coverage

  1. Currently, we only ship within India.
  2. Orders will be delivered to the address provided at the time of checkout. Please ensure the address and pin code is accurate to avoid delays or non-delivery.

Delivery Attempts & OTP Policy

  1. Our logistics partner will make up to three (3) delivery attempts.
  2. As per updated courier rules, an OTP (One-Time Password) may be required at the time of delivery. The OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number.
  3. You must be available to answer the courier’s calls and provide the OTP when requested.

Delivery Failures

  1. If you fail to answer the delivery calls or provide the OTP, Vucart is not liable to refund or reattempt the delivery.
  2. In case of a fake or failed delivery, an internal investigation will be conducted, which may take 7–8 business days to resolve.

Change of Address

  1. If you request a change of address after placing the order, a nominal fee will be charged for updating delivery details and reattempting the delivery.
  2. Refunds will not be issued for incorrect or incomplete address submissions.
